- Account and contact information: name, mobile number, email address, login identifiers, profile details, role, and communication preferences.
- Booking information: preferred appointment date, clinic or home visit choice, area, address, concern, booking notes, appointment history, and support interactions.
- Provider information: therapist or clinic profile details, services, fees, location, credentials, availability, and business contact information submitted to us.
- Device and usage data: browser, device type, operating system, IP address, pages viewed, referral source, session activity, app or website diagnostics, and analytics data.
3. Health and Care Information
You may choose to share information about pain, injury, mobility, recovery goals, surgery history, age group, preferred therapy type, or other details needed to match you with suitable physiotherapy support.
HelloPhysio is a discovery, coordination, and support platform. Medical assessment and treatment decisions remain the responsibility of qualified healthcare professionals.
4. How We Use Information
- Create, verify, and manage user, therapist, and clinic accounts.
- Authenticate users through OTP, Google Sign-In, and fraud-prevention checks.
- Show relevant clinics, therapists, services, fees, and availability.
- Coordinate clinic appointments, home visits, reminders, follow-ups, and support requests.
- Improve search quality, safety, service reliability, analytics, and platform performance.
- Send service messages, booking updates, security alerts, and policy notices.
- Comply with legal, tax, regulatory, safety, and business obligations.
5. Google Sign-In
If you choose to sign in with Google, we may receive your name, email address, profile picture, and Google account identifier. We do not receive your Google password.
We use Google account information only to create or access your HelloPhysio account, authenticate you, prevent fraud, provide support, and operate the services you request. We do not sell Google user data.
You can revoke Google access from your Google Account settings. You may also request account or data deletion by contacting support@hellophysio.in.
6. Location Data
We may use your city, area, address, or device-permitted location to show nearby clinics, estimate home visit availability, improve appointment coordination, and route support requests to relevant providers.
You can disable location permission from your browser or device settings. Home visit fulfilment may require sharing relevant address details with the assigned therapist or clinic.
7. Camera, Photos, and Files
If a feature allows uploads, you may choose to share photos, reports, prescriptions, invoices, screenshots, clinic images, or profile documents. We access only the files you choose to provide.
9. Payments
Payments, where available, may be processed by third-party payment providers. We may receive payment status, transaction reference, refund status, invoice, and booking-related information.
We do not store full card numbers, banking passwords, UPI PINs, or sensitive payment credentials on our own systems.
10. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide services, maintain records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, support safety, comply with legal obligations, and enforce agreements.
Deletion requests may be subject to legal, tax, security, fraud-prevention, healthcare-record, and operational retention requirements.

HelloPhysio is intended for adults and caregivers. If a minor's information is provided for physiotherapy support, it should be submitted by a parent, guardian, or authorized caregiver.
